The Horizon AFC-544 AKT is a versatile cross folding unit currently in operation at a print shop in Germany. Designed for sheet formats up to 540 x 760 mm (minimum 120 x 172 mm), it combines efficiency with flexibility for a wide range of folding applications. The machine features four folding plates with knife in the first folding unit and two folding plates in the second unit, supported by a fully automatic knife for precise folding operations.

Equipped with "Touch & Work" technology, it offers intuitive operation and comes with 17 pre-programmed standard fold types as well as memory for 200 repeat jobs. It handles paper weights from 40 to 250 gsm and achieves a maximum speed of 40,000 cycles per hour.
