Technical Manufacturer’s Description:

The H600 high-performance shredder, featuring versatile applications, is capable of processing all types of wood materials (hardwood, softwood, chipboard, MDF, plywood, veneer remnants, etc.) into wood chips suitable for fuel. When it comes to bulky materials, the unit provides significant volume reduction. The hydraulically operated pusher feeds wood waste into the rotor’s cutting area and is automatically controlled and load-dependent. The high-performance E-rotor, made from solid steel, has a diameter of 252 mm and operates at a rotor speed of 85-95 rpm. The concavely ground, aggressive, and four-way reversible knives/cutting crowns are mounted in milled pockets on special knife holders. This highly efficient system ensures, through minimized cutting clearance between counter-knife and rotor, high throughput, low energy consumption, and optimal discharge of the shredded material. Chip size (10 – 60 mm) depends on screen perforation.
