Technical Manufacturer Description:

The H600 high-performance shredder, with its flexible applications, can process all types of wood materials (hardwood, softwood, chipboard, MDF materials, plywood, veneer waste, etc.) into fuel chips and achieves significant volume reduction for bulky materials. The hydraulically operated pusher guides the wood waste to be shredded to the cutting area of the rotor, automatically controlled and load-dependent. The high-performance E-rotor, made from solid steel, has a diameter of 252 mm and operates at a rotor speed of 85-95 rpm. The concave ground, aggressive, and four-way reversible knives/cutter crowns are housed in milled knife pockets on special knife carriers. This highly efficient system guarantees, by reducing the cutting gap between counter blade and rotor, high throughput rate, low energy consumption, and optimal discharge of shredded material. Chip sizes produced: 10 - 60 mm.
