With this machine, you can mill slots for e.g. lock cases and similar items, and produce all types of dowel joints at right angles, butt joints, and mitred joints.
Ideal for timber frame construction, furniture, door, window, and stair manufacturing and similar applications requiring dowel joints.

By drilling on two levels, using indexers and stops, and due to the machine’s set-up, dowel joints can be produced in the shortest possible time, making the machine highly economical.
Requires compressed air connection of 6 bar (very low air consumption).

Milling and boring is performed very well and cleanly.

Fitted with transport chassis.
Comes with two stops left and right on the machine table; an additional 45° mitre stop included.
Comes with two fold-out workpiece supports.
Three drill holders included: for drills with 16 mm or 12 mm shank, and for drills with M10 thread.
Workpiece clamping is performed with two pneumatic clamping cylinders operated by a foot pedal, allowing you to hold the workpiece with both hands.
Height adjustment between boring levels is also pneumatic; pneumatic switch is located at the adjustment lever for indexing, enabling quick adjustment between indexes and boring levels.
With precision 12 mm indexing rail, featuring a centre index and 13 indexes left and right.
Both boring levels feature a highly accurate counter, making fast, precise height adjustment of both levels possible.
Can also be used as a slot mortising machine, with two adjustable stops left and right, and has a maximum traverse of 500 mm widthwise.
Fitted with a stop rail at the front of the table, which can be lowered as needed.
Maximum boring height approx. 100 mm.
Maximum boring depth approx. 150 mm, with depth stop.
Maximum workpiece height approx. 250 mm.
