HMH Systems AG SYPRO Dual 200

The used Sypro Dual 200 feeder base unit for UPS 3, suitable for continuous or intermittent blister lines (width 700mm), is being sold due to the acquisition of a new system. The machine was commissioned at the end of 2022. Tablet storage with reject separation, 500mm storage hopper and 2 feed chutes. The first chute transfers products from the storage hopper. In the second chute, products pass between two plates; the lower plate has holes for broken pieces to fall through. Removable tablet storage hopper.

Axes:
All axes are servo-driven. The feeder features the following axes: -X, Y (transverse and longitudinal to the film), upper and lower plunger drive for separation, Z-lift (lifting from the film).

Control:
Machine control via Sigmatek RPS. Up to 500 product configurations can be saved with all settings. Four access levels. Event logging.

Performance: Base unit output: 60 dosing cycles/min (max.), Max. film speed: 20m/min
