STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
We have designed motorized hydraulic presses with a movable gantry and adjustable head in the ST series, offering a range of three different capacities from 80 to 150 tonnes. Specifically designed for straightening welded structures and plates cut by oxy-fuel or laser.

Its construction facilitates the loading and unloading of large volumes: parts, plates, or structures. It allows access to different pressure points without needing to reposition the part, thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal movement of the gantry.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
The ST series hydraulic presses feature an electro-welded structure made exclusively from S355JR steel, stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy. The structure is stress-calculated and designed using finite element software. This guarantees our consistently high standards of precision and quality. The gantry enables longitudinal travel.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chrome-plated ram, and maintenance-free wear guides. The cylinder is operated via a lever-actuated hydraulic control valve. Supplied with a removable bolster to prevent ram damage.
The hydraulic power unit is motorized with two speeds, featuring automatic disengagement from approach speed by hydraulic pressure, and an overpressure relief valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
Includes electrical installation with motor protection and emergency stop. Supplied with a glycerine-filled pressure gauge calibrated in tonnes and hydraulic oil.
Complies with all essential health and safety requirements in accordance with CE regulations. Supplied with an instruction manual.
