FRAME AND TABLES
Comprises a rigid, electrically welded frame with fixed bed, manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel.
Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision.
Calculated and designed using finite element analysis software.
Mechanically movable T-slot table, 1200 x 800 mm, with 1,200 mm travel, fitted with a worm gear reducer and a 0.5 HP electric motor with brake.
Central hole in the table: 250 mm diameter, max depth 550 mm.
Useful lifting power of the table for movement: 4 tons.
Travel speed: 30 mm/sec.
Internal front width 1250 mm (distance between columns).
Working height: 600 mm.

2 hydraulic cylinders of 75 tons each (150 tons total), with 1,200 mm stroke, joined by a plate with 250 mm central hole.

1 central cylinder of 100 tons capacity, 1,200 mm stroke.
Prepared for mounting extraction clamp, rod end threaded M 35x1.5, thread length 40 mm.
Max. usable height (extraction cylinder): 1,600 mm (to root of rod thread).
Min. usable height (extraction cylinder): 400 mm (to root of rod thread).

Two-speed hydraulic unit, 5.5 HP power “Siemens Motor”, with automatic disengagement of fast speed and independent speeds. Max. pressure 250 bar.
Pressure regulation system via proportional valves.
Air-oil cooler.
Temperature sensor.
Hydraulic unit installed on right side.

Includes a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1200 safety PLC and a 12” HMI touchscreen (MTP model) with 99 memory slots, allowing regulation of pre-pressing, pressing power, interference fit, and stroke of pressing and extraction cylinders, as well as dwell times during processes.
Redundant and self-monitored electrical and hydraulic controls. Additional safety block and self-monitoring devices for operation and safety are included. Verification and certification of correct operation and safety distance for photocells are included.
Operation by means of low-voltage two-hand electric pushbutton.
All installed electrical materials are Siemens: relays, contactors, main motor, etc.
Prepared for Industry 4.0 integration.
Safety features include Category IV photoelectric barriers on the front working area, two fixed side guards, and a rear hinged guard with magnetic disconnection sensor.
