We have designed the CF/VR series C-frame motorized hydraulic presses with three different power options ranging from 80 to 150 tons.
Specifically designed for medium and high production tasks in stamping, die cutting, and deep drawing.
The latest generation CF/VR series hydraulic presses offer versatility of use, such as the ability to integrate these machines into automated production lines.
They operate at a hydraulic pressure below 290 BAR to ensure greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
The CF/VR series C-frame hydraulic presses feature an electro-welded frame made exclusively from S355JR steel. The structure is stabilized and machined after welding to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision. Designed and calculated using finite element analysis software. This ensures our consistently high standards of precision and quality.
Equipped with a machined upper and lower table made from C45E steel with DIN 650 T-slots. The upper table ensures perfect parallelism via four lateral cylindrical guides, 50 mm in diameter, with maintenance-free bimetallic anti-friction bushings.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
Main single-acting cylinder with honed sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear guides.
For rapid approach and return, two side-mounted double-acting cylinders are fitted, each with honed sleeves, chrome-plated pistons, and maintenance-free wear guides, enabling fast cycle speeds.
The motorized hydraulic group includes a pre-fill valve for approach and return, and a fixed flow pump for constant speed operation.
Features a check valve, pressure relief valve, cylinder decompression valve, and air-oil cooling system.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
Standard equipment includes a SIEMENS PLC model SIMATRIC S7 1200 and a swivel-mounted 7ʹ touchscreen control panel model MPT-700, allowing programming of force, cylinder stroke, and speeds, with a storage capacity of 300 programs.
All electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitored. An additional safety block and self-test devices are integrated for operation and safety monitoring. Includes verification and certification of safe operation and photocell safety distance.
Operation is via a low-voltage electric foot pedal.
To ensure operator safety, the machine is equipped with type 4 PLe light curtains at the front working area, two fixed, hinged side guards with polycarbonate windows, and interior LED lighting.
