The MV-600E/NC Four-Column Hydraulic Press belongs to the M/NC Series and has been developed specifically for higher precision and capacity, designed and manufactured for punching, deep drawing, piercing, and deburring tasks.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• Consists of three electro-welded sections made exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined at the end of welding to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed using finite element software.
• Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 PLC and a 7" HMI KTP-700 touch panel, enabling programming of force, ram stroke, and speeds, with a storage capacity of 300 slots for various working cycles.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Double-acting cylinder with honed sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear guides.
• Motorized hydraulic pack with two speeds and automatic cut-off for fast speed. High-pressure pump and 10-micron return filter. Includes cylinder decompression valve, directional valve, and safety valve. A side-mounted pressure switch allows setting the pressure best suited for the particular application.
• Glycerin-filled pressure gauge displaying in tonnes.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• The electrical control panel contains a selector switch for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic operation, as well as another selector switch for fast or slow speed operation.
• Fitted with a PLC for internal support for movements and decompression times.
• Operation via electric low-voltage two-hand control panel.
• Electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitoring, with an additional safety block and self-checking mechanisms for operations and safety. Includes inspection and certification of correct function and safety distance for photocells.
• Safety features include category IV safety light curtains in the front working area, two fixed side guards, and one movable guard with a magnetic shutoff detector on the rear.
• The machine is equipped with an IXON system for online support in case of faults or reprogramming.
• Ladder with top walkway for maintenance access (scaffold).
