We are offering a new build of a C-frame press with a torsion-resistant ram.
This press is currently under construction and will be delivered to a customer in August.
We will be manufacturing this press in several versions for display in our showrooms.

This press has been specially developed for bending, embossing, forming, punching, assembling, and deep drawing.
Versions with press forces from 50 to 150 tonnes are available.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULICS:
The double-acting cylinder is equipped with a guide bushing, a chrome-plated piston rod, and wear-free guide elements. To prevent wear on the piston rod, the presses are fitted with a removable and replaceable pressure plate. Instead of the pressure plate, tools can be mounted. An anti-twist device is provided by means of a clamp and guide rod installed on the cylinder.
The two-speed hydraulic unit features automatic switch-off of the high-speed stage. A decompression valve for the cylinder is also included in the scope of delivery.

ELECTRICS AND SAFETY:
A SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC as well as a 4-inch MTP-400 touchscreen (positioned above the electric foot pedal) are standard. The control enables the programming of the operating mode (semi-automatic and automatic), power, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. It has a memory capacity for 99 recipes, with each recipe capable of storing all settings.
The control cabinet features a switch for selecting the desired operating mode (manual or automatic), as well as a key switch for maintenance operations.
The electrical and hydraulic controls are designed redundantly and self-monitoring. The hydraulic safety block is equipped with electrically monitored valves to ensure the required safety.
Operation is carried out via a category IV two-hand safety control button.
To guarantee safety, fixed lateral safety guards are fitted, with a 650 mm front opening.
A hydraulic cushion or hydraulic ejector can be installed optionally.
The machines are supplied with an operating manual.
The presses of the CD series meet all essential safety requirements and criteria according to CE regulations.
