The hydraulic four-column press MV-250E/NC belongs to the M/NC series and has been specially designed for higher precision and capacity, particularly for deep drawing operations.

Equipped with an upper and lower table made of C45E steel, both fitted with DIN-650 T-slots to ensure minimal friction during the vertical movement of the upper table. Maintenance-free bimetallic bushings and perfectly parallel guidance via four chrome-plated and ground cylindrical columns further enhance performance.

An optimized hydraulic system operates at pressures below 290 bar, ensuring long service life and reliable operation.

The machine meets all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• Consists of three electro-welded blocks, made exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision.
• Designed and calculated using finite element software.
• The lower table incorporates a 50-tonne hydraulic cushion with a useful area of 950 x 750 mm and three front tool support brackets for supporting tools outside the press.
• Features an integrated SIEMENS KTP-400 NC for stroke control of the upper table, speed changes, and cushion regulation.
• Includes a SIEMENS S-7 PLC, allowing for the programming of 99 memory settings.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
• Single-acting cylinder with honed liner, chrome-plated piston, and wear-resistant guides.
• Entire hydraulic unit mounted on the upper section of the press.
• Hydraulic system includes a low-noise Denison hydraulic pump and an air-oil cooler.
• Contains:

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4-inch KTP-400 touchscreen on the control panel. Enables programming of semi-automatic and automatic modes, power, stroke, and dwell time. Recipe storage for up to 99 setups, each able to program all aforementioned parameters.

• The electrical control panel features a selector switch to choose the operating mode: manual "setup" or automatic cycle "production".
• Machine operation is via electrical low-voltage foot pedals.
