We have developed motorized screw pumps of the CR/SERVO series with low energy consumption and a 60% energy saving. They have been specially designed for high production performance tasks in stamping, drawing and punching. The latest generation CR-SERVO presses have evolved to offer multiple application options, such as the ability to integrate these machines into automated production lines.

FRAME:
The steel frames of this series are made from an electro-welded structure, manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel. The frames are stabilized until the end of the welding process and then machined to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision. They are designed and calculated with finite element analysis software, ensuring our high standards in precision and quality.

The presses feature upper and lower bolster/ram plates made from C45E steel, equipped with T-slots according to DIN 650. The upper plate ensures perfect parallelism through two lateral 50 mm diameter guides with maintenance-free bushings.

HYDRAULICS:
Single-acting main cylinder with guide sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides. For rapid approach and return, two double-acting lateral cylinders are installed, featuring a chrome-plated rod and guide for fast jogging and retraction.

REXROTH hydraulic group with servomotor and pre-fill devices, including pre-fill valves for approach and return, as well as a constant flow pump for steady output and speed via the servo motor system, return lock, pressure relief valve, spindle shut-off valve, and air cooling.

ELECTRICS:
Includes as standard a SIEMENS PLC mod. SIMATRIC S7 1200 and an adjustable 7" panel (MPT-700). Allows programming of power, stroke, and speeds, with a memory capacity for 300 programs.

The electrical and hydraulic valves are redundant and automatically controlled. An additional safety block and auto-monitoring devices for the valves and safety system are included. Functionality and safety distances for the light curtains are checked and certified.

Operation is carried out via a low-voltage electric foot pedal.

To ensure safety, the machine features front electrical safety interlocks (type 4 PLe), two accessible lateral safety guards with safety valve, and internal LED lighting in the work area.

Complies with all major safety and health requirements as per the CE standard.
