Vibration damping plates:

The machine is mounted on four special damping plates, each measuring 450x450x85 mm.

Oil tank with oil cooling:

The tank has a volume of 1500 l. The oil is cooled by a dedicated pump, which switches on at 40°C.

Oil filter system:

Independent of the main and cooling pumps, the press has a dedicated filter circuit. The pump operates continuously, but requires only 1.5 kW.

Energy saving function:

If the main pump is not required for a set period, it switches to energy-saving mode, then using only about 2 kW/h. Full performance is immediately available again when pressure is needed.

Safety technology:

The safety components are supplied by Pilz. The light curtains are from the same manufacturer.

Control cabinet:

The control cabinet has 40% of its volume reserved for retrofitting. All cabinet components are supplied by Schneider.

Screws:

All screws used in the machine are zinc-plated or yellow galvanized.

Oil tray:

The hydraulic block and pump are positioned in a small oil tray so that any oil can be collected during repairs or hose changes.

Noise emission:

The press emits a maximum of 75 decibels according to standards.

Roller loading bridges:

Two roller loading bridges, each 1500 mm long, removable, supports fitted with large, heavy-duty steel castors.

Parallelism monitoring:

Both cylinders are monitored by Balluff displacement measurement systems and Sick wire-draw encoders. Parallelism monitoring is activated at the start of the pressing operation. Monitoring precision can be configured in the control system. The function is deactivated during idle runs. The position of the ram is measured left and right at the ends by two SICK cable-pull encoders. The control system then opens or closes the oil flow to the cylinders via special fast-acting valves. The achievable parallelism accuracy will be under 1 mm across the entire width.
