The heating plates measure 550 x 500 mm, electrically heated up to 200 degrees Celsius and insulated from the machine body. The heating plates have 12 mm T-slots according to DIN 650, slot design customizable as per customer specifications.
Each plate is equipped with 2 temperature sensors for precise heating performance within 500 x 450 mm, with a tolerance of ±3 degrees.
Pressing force is adjustable in 10 steps via a rotary dial.
Return speed is 50 mm/sec.
The two-hand control is mounted on the machine body and is both rotatable and swiveling.
Interior lighting included.
Heating time is freely adjustable. Heating power approx. 12 kW.
Desired temperature can be set as needed.
Both the upper and lower heating plates can be independently controlled.
Upon completion of the heating cycle, an audible signal sounds and the press opens automatically if desired.
