Herz / Lauber

We are selling a converted overseas shipping container equipped with a built-in Herz Firematic 130 boiler system. The heating unit delivers 130 kW and is connected to a Lauber heat exchanger. Additional doors for maintenance and inspection have been installed in the heating container, providing easy access to the equipment. The boiler is fired with wood pellets, and a pellet bunker with a capacity of approx. 1.5 tons is located within the container. Both the heating container and the Lauber unit must be disassembled prior to transport and, thanks to the modular container design, can be easily loaded for relocation. The interior of the container has been clad and treated with a special coating to prevent condensation and water drop formation inside. The Lauber unit is a Lauber Energy Utility Center, Type L-ENZ 80+ (5.50 kW fan). Both machines are in near-new condition and have only seen limited use. The current operating hours stand at 3,577, which is equivalent to just around 149 days. Both units were manufactured at the end of 2022 and have been in operation since around May 2023.

What is this system suitable for? It can be used to heat halls, buildings, or construction sites, and is also suitable for drying bulk or natural materials such as wood, wood chips, horse manure, and all free-flowing or bulk goods.
