Infeed:

- Part outfeed via powered roller conveyor with steel rollers
- Roller-guided ejection unit over three levels onto a sloped receiving table
- Maximum part length for automatic outfeed: 3,500 mm (extension kit for up to 4,500 mm working length available as an option)
- Waste disposal via ejection unit – max. length 600 mm
- Waste drops via chute into customer-provided waste container (Note: waste container not included in delivery)
- Remnant piece marking at the deposit position, marked for manual loading by the operator

Software / Data interface:
- HECHT Software Exenso ESA (version indicated after joint preliminary inspection)

Operation:
- Reinforcing steels are loaded by the operator onto the feed magazine in the infeed according to instructions/indications.
- Data transmission via integrated data interface from customer's window manufacturing software specifying the required PVC cut lengths for the center
- Steel is fed and conveyed automatically
- Optimized cutting to specified length
- Transfer of steel to removal position in the outfeed
- Optional double cutting possible after verification
