Measuring program:

Procedure: 8 points on the workpiece are scanned (two points per line at each corner)

Result: Display of 2 x length (top, bottom), 2 x width (right, left), 4 x angles
Report: When target values and tolerances are entered, a target/actual comparison with deviations is generated and displayed in tabular form.
Storage of measurement results as PDF (report) or in an SQL database for statistical evaluation.
Inspection and documentation of the manufacturing status in the production process is possible after cutting, after edging, or after drilling, depending on the stage of value creation.
Vacuum system (Venturi principle):
6 integrated vacuum suction cups in the measuring field secure the workpiece during measurement.
