PLC control system (incl. 15” touchscreen), hot-melt adhesive application to the workpiece for edge material up to 3 mm: jointing cutter (incl. DIA tool) up to 3 mm cutting depth, maintenance-free coated glue pot with quick-change preparation and glue drainage device, HF double-motor cross-cut saw station (approx. 12,000 rpm), HF milling station (approx. 12,000 rpm) with pneumatic milling adjustment, 2nd HF milling station (approx. 12,000 rpm, incl. pneumatic retraction unit), corner rounding unit(1), radius scraper, flat scraper (incl. pneumatic retraction unit), buffing unit, grooving saw (incl. pneumatic retraction unit), robust chain feed, ball-bearing dual pressure rollers, unit sight window on both operator and rear side, signal lamp for workpiece sequence, extendable workpiece support, feed speed up to approx. 15 m/min, edge banding for workpieces up to 60 mm thickness.
