Hartford HCMC 1682 – Heidenhain TNC640, used – Year of manufacture 2021 – low operating hours!

Hartford vertical CNC machining centre with Heidenhain TNC640 control, large-dimension precision box guideways in X, Y and Z axes, traversable clamping table, and high-performance main spindle with SK50 tool interface. Features include closed-loop spindle cooling and automatic two-stage gearbox, n = 10–6,000 rpm, Pmax = 38 kW, Mmax = 979 Nm, 32-position tool magazine with rapid-change arm, and ergonomically optimised work area enclosure with electronically monitored front sliding doors with viewing windows. Tool magazine loading/unloading is possible from the rear as well.

Cooling system:
Coolant (emulsion):
Nozzles installed at spindle nose on the vertical slide for external coolant supply. Coolant returns via two transverse conveyors and a longitudinal conveyor in the coolant tank and is pumped as needed (by M-function or control panel switch) through the nozzles. The tank includes mechanical filters for coolant filtration.
Optional:
High-pressure pump with simple filter system for internal coolant supply (IKZ). When IKZ is activated, coolant is pumped from the tank through the high-pressure pump and filter system.
