In proven HANGLER welded construction, made of high-quality structural steel with longitudinal beams that taper towards the front and are welded using the submerged arc process. Neck height of the frame is 120 mm, with a double central web. Longitudinal beams have punched Z-profile cross members with floor sections (with greater spacing) and welded special side rails. 2 kingpins according to DIN 74080, replaceable, with grinding plate beveled to the front, made from high-grade steel sheet. EU turning radius in front: 2,040 mm. The grinding plate is continuously welded from the fifth wheel plate to the front wall plate (internally located).

Coil trough 8,000 mm long with cover and rubber lining. Cover 35 mm. Inclined loading beams with bushings and supports suitable for FR 80/80/4, supplied with complete plug-in stakes 80/80, including lower reinforcement
Hydraulic inclined loading device with 4 cross beams: Hydraulic supply via tractor unit using a 2-line pump system (supply and return) with dual Faster coupling mounted on the front wall (hoses are connected from below using Faster coupling). Inclined loading beams (FR 180x100x8 mm) with integrated extension, lockable at various heights. Multi-stage hydraulic cylinders, each beam with floating mounting. Including supports (adjustable) with bolt-locking under the loading area. 5-way control block for operating the inclined loading device and the retractable sliding roof. One set of kettle bottom holders with height-adjustable support bolts for different kettle bottom diameters, including storage. One piece protective stop for the inclined plate – for securing to the front!
