Details:

1. Walk-in cleaning cabin, pre-treatment for steel and aluminium
The cleaning cabin is designed for automatic cleaning. Spraying can be performed at medium pressure. The cabin includes 7 separate spray tanks. Maximum part sizes: L= 6000mm, W= 2000mm, H= 2300mm.

1st process: Degreasing/neutral pickling

3rd process: Rinse 1

7th process: Overhead spray ring for post-rinse after process 6
In this process, rinsing is performed at ambient temperature, time: 1 minute, drip-off time: 60 seconds

8th process: Passivation, no-rinse for aluminium
In this chamber, rinsing is performed at ambient temperature, time: 2–3 minutes, drip-off time: 1–2 minutes

1.1. Reverse osmosis system
Reverse osmosis system, 250 litres/hour.

1.2. Oil skimmer
Tank no. 1 is equipped with an oil skimmer “UniSkim-21-100”.

Setup:
The spray system is two-part and movable and is operated by a pneumatic sliding system, moving up to 500 mm. The return supply to the tanks is also mobile via a pneumatic sliding system with 7 positions to service the 7 tanks.
