Roof shape: Gable roof, approx. 18° pitch.
Condition: used, technically good; load-bearing structure flawless.
Anchoring system: Ground spike and partial dowel anchoring.

2. Construction & Features
Primary structure:
10 two-hinged frames, IPE 270, S355, with tie rod FL 80 × 15 mm.
2 gable frames, IPE 270, S355, with additional gable columns IPE 200, S235.

Secondary structure:
Purlins and wall girts made of cold-formed hollow profiles.
Steel cable bracings with turnbuckles for reinforcement.

Roof & Walls:
Cladding with coated steel trapezoidal sheeting.

Gates & Doors:
8 electrically operated roller shutters, approx. 3.00 × 3.00 m.
4 emergency exit doors, approx. 1.00 × 2.00 m.

Daylight system:
Continuous skylight strips below the eaves on both sides.

Snow load: approx. 0.75 kN/m².
Wind load: approx. 0.50 kN/m².

4. Documentation
The hall documentation has already been requested and will be provided as soon as it is either:
