Hacona SD-420 Industrial Impulse Sealer orange with double sealing bar (TWIN SEAL) equipped with 2 timers and a safety cutter
The sealing unit with a sealing length of 420mm is designed for those who need to quickly and easily make and/or close bags using an impulse sealer. The SID type is equipped with two parallel 5mm wide sealing wires. One of them can be switched off separately via a switch. The cutter operates between the two sealing seams. Both the sealing and cooling times are infinitely adjustable. You can effortlessly seal Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC, and Polyamide. Laminates such as PE with paper or PE with aluminum foil can also be easily processed on the SID type.

On the side of the machine, there are two knobs that electronically control the sealing and cooling times of the process, ensuring optimal results; moreover, the sealing wire is kept under tension by a tensioning device.

To ensure smooth operation and prevent uncontrolled opening of the sealing bar, it is equipped with a gas spring.
