Stop assembling makeshift welding tents on your construction site. This compact 10-foot welding station (SST 10 / 500) is a self-contained, ready-to-use production cell designed for demanding PE/PP pipeline construction projects. Plastic welds are sensitive to drafts and moisture—this container ensures stable, compliant ambient conditions and seamless documentation.

Your advantages in pipe handling:
The bottleneck on-site is material handling. This station is uncompromisingly engineered for ergonomics. Pipe sections are fed straight through the container via the 800x800 mm front-end pipe hatches (with integrated brush strips). The built-in 1,000 kg lift table, mobile pipe lifters, and an electric chain hoist make handling pipes up to OD 450 mm an efficient one-man operation. Plug & play: simply connect to power and start welding.
