Single-stage volute pump with opposite-sided suction and discharge nozzles in inline design. The suction and discharge nozzles have the same diameter. The pumps are designed according to the top-pull-out principle, meaning the pump head (motor, head piece, and impeller) can be easily removed for maintenance or servicing while the pump casing remains in the piping. The pump is equipped with a non-balanced rubber bellows seal. The mechanical seal complies with EN 12756. Pipe connections via DIN flanges PN 16 in accordance with EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2.
The pump is fitted with a fan-cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor. The motor efficiency meets energy efficiency class IE5 as per IEC 60034-30-2. For speed control, the motor is equipped with a frequency converter and PI controller, both integrated in the motor terminal box. The electronic speed control allows continuous adjustment of the motor speed and thus the pump performance to actual requirements. The pump is equipped with a differential pressure sensor.
