Automatic Packaging Machine with 3 Feeders. The packing machine operates in a fully automatic mode. It packs a preset quantity of products into foil bags, which are formed from film rolls. The desired quantity of products per bag can be easily set via the user control panel. The drums and feeders are prepared for the specific items to be packed—feeders can be individually adapted depending on the weight, length, and shape of the product. Additional inserts for the feeding drums can be ordered for quick reconfiguration to other items. The layout of the table with feeders can be configured according to your requirements.

The machine is designed for producing bags from film rolls with a maximum width of 320 mm. Only requires electrical power supply and compressed air. Features a fully Polish menu and meets CE requirements. Assembled with top-quality components from world-class manufacturers.

- Additional forming tubes for various film widths, e.g., 120, 180, 220, 260, 320 mm, or any width requested by the customer. The formed bag width corresponds to half the film width minus 10-15 mm.

- Support bracket for holding heavy bags on a platform during filling, which are then pushed onto a belt conveyor.

- Checkweigher to verify the final packed bag—incorrectly packed bags are rejected for reinspection.
- Automatic machine with hopper significantly accelerates product kitting and packaging. Operating in automatic mode, the packing machine improves both the quality and speed of packing various components into collective packaging, optimizing packing times and reducing human labor to a minimum—only needed for feeding products into hoppers, which then dispense the correct quantity.
