The DMG Gildemeister Sprint 42 Linear is specifically designed for automated turning operations. With two workpiece spindles, six linear axes, and optionally two C axes, it allows simultaneous machining on main and sub spindles. The maximum bar capacity is 42 mm, and the high spindle speed of up to 6,500 rpm enables precise and efficient machining.

Technical specifications:
- Axes & Slides: Travel X1 = 65 mm, Z1 = 350 mm, Y1 = 120 mm with rapid traverse up to 30 m/min. The second slide offers X2 = 326 mm, Z2 = 320 mm, Y2 = 265 mm, and rapid traverse 30 m/min (X2/Z2) or 18 m/min (Y2).
- Tool capacity: Turret with 26 stations; compatible with both fixed turning tools and driven tools for milling and threading applications.
- Spindles: Main and sub spindle with 6,500 rpm, rated power 5.5 kW (main) and 3.7 kW (sub), torque (S1) 37.5 Nm and (S2) 19.6 Nm respectively.
- Control: CNC Fanuc 160i-TB with SlimLine operating panel and 15" color TFT – intuitive operation via industrial PC.

IEMCA Boss 545-E Bar Loader (Type 32 LL, Year: 2007)

The included bar loader greatly facilitates series production. It is designed for bar diameters up to 42 mm, weighs approx. 860 kg, operates at 400 V/50 Hz, and requires a 6 bar compressed air connection.
