Linear guideways, thrust bearings, ball screw and adjusting nut of Z2 axis renewed
All telescopic cover wipers replaced. Safety window in the working area door replaced.
All feed timing belts and timing belt for counter spindle drive replaced.
Tool drive 1 disassembled, overhauled, cleaned, and newly fitted with bearings.
Main spindle cooling fan filter mat replaced, coolant valves for turrets 1 and 2 replaced.
Chuck on main spindle and counter spindle disassembled and cleaned.
Machine geometry and working area remeasured and adjusted.
Hydraulic filter cartridges replaced. Pneumatic filter replaced.
