Operating principle – The system operates fully automatically and is designed for high cycle rates:
1. Vibratory feeder:
The blind rivets are poured into a vibratory bowl in the control unit.
From there, the rivets are moved into the feed hose.

2. Automatic feeding:
When the trigger is actuated, the next rivet is blown into the setting head by compressed air and positioned.

3. Mandrel collection system:
The spent mandrel is returned to a collection container in the control unit via a vacuum unit.
Sensors monitor the fill level of the container.

4. Monitoring:
An electronic controller monitors all critical functions and indicates operational statuses, such as empty rivet supply.
