Main spindle re-bedded with new bearings, runout 3 µm.
All guideways hand-scraped to new machine geometry.
Worn parts replaced, defective components repaired or replaced.
Reassembly, complete function check and internal acceptance.
Machine repainted.
Machine in flawless, production-ready condition.

Current geometrical accuracy after overhaul, tested with dial gauge
