The GCV series machine is a modern device that combines the functions of pre-shredding and final granulation of plastics. This allows for processing various types of plastics—and more—in a single operation.
The upper section of the machine is responsible for pre-shredding: material is fed onto rotating knives that thoroughly cut it. Additionally, a special feeding system ensures efficient and reliable material intake.
The lower section is the milling zone, where both rotor design and material feed can be adapted to the type and properties of the material, as well as the desired throughput and final granulate size. Importantly, after processing, the material does not require additional transfer between devices. The machine is compact, requires minimal floor space, and offers an excellent price-to-performance ratio.
