The GENERAC WASH RACK MODUL D 6000 x 5700 cm wash bay is a customizable washing system that can be configured to meet various customer requirements, including platform arrangement, maximum load capacity, wall and tank layout, and filter system positioning. This modular system is comprised of side walls (customizable in number and length, height: 2.6 m) and ramps (number and position selectable based on needs), providing maximum flexibility. The platform is made up of four units with removable grates for easy cleaning, offering a maximum load capacity of 15 tonnes. The main filtration system, available with a capacity of 600 or 3000 litres, efficiently filters oil, hydrocarbons, and solids. Side tanks on each side and an optional Wash Rack Decanter (with a capacity of 1,000 litres, 1500 x 1500 x 2300 mm, dry weight: 400 kg) separate water from the majority of sludge by decanting in case of high sludge volume; dosing pumps for flocculants are available on request. The diaphragm pump (0.054 kW, 14 L/min) is activated by a water level sensor, while the booster pump (0.37 kW, 5–40 L/min) ensures flexible water delivery.
