1ST DEBURRING UNIT WITH ABRASIVE BELT

* Rectified and balanced contact roller, 180 mm diameter. Coated with oil- and heat-resistant nitrile rubber. Standard roller hardness 55° Shore. Mounted on an eccentric shaft, allowing control of working position and compensation for abrasive belt wear, up to 8 mm. This system is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder which enables the group to be engaged automatically and, in the event of an emergency and/or machine stop, allows immediate withdrawal of the belt from the working area. Abrasive belts and/or Scotch-Brite can be mounted.
* Pneumatic ON/OFF switch.
