1ST DEBURRING UNIT WITH ABRASIVE BELT

* Precision-ground and balanced contact roller with a diameter of 180 mm. Coated with oil- and heat-resistant nitrile rubber. Standard roller hardness 55° Shore. Mounted on an eccentric shaft, enabling control of the working position and compensation for abrasive belt wear, with an adjustment range of 8 mm. This system is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder, which allows automatic engagement of the unit and, in case of emergency or machine stop, immediate retraction of the abrasive belt from the working area. Option to use abrasive belts and/or Scotch Brite.
