Machine Features
Knitting Machines:
- One knitting machine with 4 needle heads, the other with 2 needle heads, allowing simultaneous production of up to 6 cords.
- Automatic stop function: If the yarn breaks or a needle is damaged, the affected needle head automatically stops.
- Needle heads for cord production: 4 needle heads with 4 needles each – for fine knitted cords around 3 mm diameter, 2 needle heads with 6 needles each – for cords of 5–6 mm diameter
- Additional variants with 3 to 18 needles can be ordered and exchanged via the manufacturer.

Industrial Yarn Winding Machine:
- Wind a yarn skein in approx. 1 minute.
- Cross-winding for even yarn distribution.
- Automatic stop at end of cord.

Operation & Control:
- Speed display for needle heads and feeder unit.
- Each needle head can be switched on and off individually.
- Adjustable speed

Scope of Delivery & Additional Equipment:
- 2 knitting machines with a total of 6 needle heads
- Yarn winding machine
