Tube Cutting Machine FZH VARIO 2 with 2.9 m Magazine (Year 2016)

Automatic tube cutting system VARIO 2 manufactured by FZH Maschinenbau GmbH, year of construction 2016. This line is designed for cutting round tubes to length and was used in series production of furniture fittings. The system consists of a magazine with a singling device, feed unit, tube cutting head, as well as collection and deburring units.

Application area:
– automatic serial cutting of round tubes
– tube diameter approx. Ø 6.0–78.0 mm
– wall thickness approx. 0.1–1.5 mm (plastics up to approx. 2.0 mm)
– cut lengths from approx. 70 mm; typical lengths 200–1,200 mm
– suitable for steel tubes (e.g. E195) and various other tube materials

– cycle time for pure cutting: approx. 4 s (material-dependent)
– feed time for 200 mm tube: approx. 2 s
– feed time for 500 mm tube: approx. 5 s
– feed time for 1,200 mm tube: approx. 16 s
