Njegova proizvodna zmogljivost je zelo visoka v primerjavi z običajnimi stroji. Ima edinstvene tehnične lastnosti za povečanje kapacitete, življenjske dobe in kakovosti izdelkov. Stroj lahko proizvaja cevi s premerom od 300 do 1200 mm in višino 1000 mm. Stroji so lahko zasnovani kot polavtomatski ali popolnoma avtomatski, glede na zahteve kupca. Na avtomatskih strojih uporabljamo PLC mikroprocesorje znamke SIEMENS. Na stroju sta rezervoar za malto in voziček za polnjenje malte. Za voziček za polnjenje malte uporabljamo interni sistem polnjenja, ki omogoča enakomerno in hitro polnjenje v modele. Proizvodnja poteka na proizvodnih paletah, ki morajo počakati, da se izdelki posušijo, kar traja približno 24 ur, če ni vgrajen sistem sušenja/utrjevanja. Vibracijski sistem stroja je nadzorovan s frekvenčnim pretvornikom. Mehanske nastavitve niso potrebne; vse nastavitve se lahko enostavno izvedejo na upravljalni plošči. Vibratorski sistem, katerega razvoj je plod našega lastnega R&D oddelka, je vgrajen v naše stroje. Hlajenje vibratorjev poteka s pomočjo oljnega krožnega sistema, ki ga nadzorujejo posebni senzorji. Ta tehnologija omogoča, da naši stroji že vrsto let delujejo brezhibno in se odlikujejo z nizkimi obratovalnimi stroški.
