CONTINUOUS POSITIONING UNIVERSAL HEAD WITH ELECTROSPINDLE HOLDER
Automatic universal head indexed to 360,000 positions (every 0.001°). The rotation movement is driven by direct drive motors and controlled by the CNC as a positioning axis. Automatic tool clamping. Allows 10° undercut. Integrated cooling system for bearings and axis motors.

SPRAY-MIST TOOL COOLANT SYSTEM:
Mist lubrication system. The mist is produced by mixing air and oil. Activated via M function. The spray-mist improves cutting quality, prevents built-up edge formation, keeps the cutting area clean, and acts as a coolant. Very useful for improving finishing quality.

EXTERNAL TOOL COOLANT:
Coolant supply system managed by CNC with nozzles arranged on the spindle flange, complete with 1,200-liter tank for collection and filtration. Flow rate: 30 l/min, pressure: 4 bar.
