Stroj za žebljanje paletnih desk Foudila DNM-153 je kompakten, prilagodljiv in učinkovit stroj za izdelavo desk za paletno industrijo, ki omogoča odlično razmerje med ceno in zmogljivostjo. Zaradi velike hitrosti proizvodnje, uporabniku prijazne zasnove ter velikih zalogovnikov za deske je primeren tako za standardne kot tudi posebne izdelke, v malih ali velikih serijah, pri čemer je potreben le en operater. Stroj lahko po eni izmeni izdela več kot 1000 desk. Stroj je opremljen s tremi žebljičarji z zalogovniki za velike kolute žebljev. Vsak vzorec zabijanja lahko vsebuje 1–3 žeblje, po potrebi pa je možno tudi preklopiti na upognjenje žebljev. Deske se nalagajo v zalogovnike z velikim zalogom – tri kasete za vzdolžne/spodnje deske in ena kaseta za zgornje/pokrovne deske. Upravljanje in programiranje poteka preko sodobnega, uporabniku prijaznega programskega vmesnika na 10'' zaslonu na dotik s krmilnim sistemom Beckhoff. Zaradi kompaktne zasnove stroj zavzame zelo malo prostora v proizvodnji, montaža pa je hitra in enostavna, saj se stroj lahko dobavi popolnoma sestavljen. Godpfx Ajyl Tr Nodkobr Stroj je mogoče dodatno opremiti s transporterjem za gotove izdelke, avtomatskim zlagalnikom ali avtomatskim podajalnikom desk. A lot of additional accessories are included, such as extra rollers and cleaning machines. (See pictures!) Very robust construction, all motors with frequency control (Siemens). Speeds are steplessly adjustable in both forward and reverse operation. Maximum workpiece width approx. 410 mm. The line is in excellent condition with only about 180 operating hours and is therefore described as like new. This surface machine was only used as an auxiliary line in a parquet manufacturing facility and was only operated for certain surface techniques, which explains the low operating hours. It was only sporadically in use from 2019–2022. In 2023, our company downsized, and the machine has been stored ever since. It is therefore immediately available and is in almost pristine condition! We no longer require this line; therefore, it is for sale. The original price for this line in 2019 was approx. €87,000. The current selling price is negotiable.
