Oy Foudila Ab is a company based in Kaskinen, Finland, with over 45 years of experience in the development of equipment for wood processing. For the past 15 years, we have also been active in the pallet industry and, over the years, have developed numerous machines for nailing, automatic wood feeding, and stacking. The Foudila Deck Nailing Machine DNM-153 is a compact, flexible, and efficient system for producing boards for the pallet industry – offering excellent value for money. Thanks to its high production speed, user-friendly design, and large board magazines, the machine is ideal for manufacturing both standard and special products in small and large runs – all requiring only a single operator. More than 1,000 decks can be produced per shift.

The machine is equipped with three nailers, each with magazines for large nail coils. Each nailing pattern can contain 1–3 nails and can be stapled if necessary. The boards are loaded into magazines with large buffers – three cassettes for stringers/bottom boards and one cassette for deck/top boards. The control and programming of the system are handled through modern, intuitive software on a 10" touchscreen with Beckhoff control.

Due to its compact design, the machine requires only minimal floor space in production and allows for fast and straightforward installation, as it can be delivered fully pre-assembled.

Of course, the machine can be equipped with a takeaway conveyor for finished products, an automatic stacker, and automatic board infeed. These options can also be retrofitted, enabling a step-by-step investment.
