Chassis Low Loader Trailer
Steel welded construction with a slight central camber, turntable with heavy-duty ball bearing slewing ring, chocks with holders, quarter shell mudguards in front of and behind each axle.

Lashing Points Low Loader
Over front axle:
2 pairs of ring lashing eyes (each 5 t) at the front on the cranked section
Low-bed:
4 pairs of lashing eyes (each 6 t) at the sides of the lowbed
5 pairs of lashing eyes (each 5 t) between the longitudinal beams

Drawbar Assembly Turntable Trailer
Drawbar with certified 40 mm towing eye, mechanically adjustable in length by 6 x 100 mm increments and lockable
(Drawbar length 1,700 – 2,300 mm)

Axles + Suspension
BPW drum brake axles with 10 t axle load each, slack adjusters. Continuous axle brake test up to 105 km/h. Rear axle can be removed manually. To do so, release air locking mechanism, lower the rear section to the ground, disconnect hydraulic hoses from rear section, insert the transport bar into a rear socket, and by gently pushing down and simultaneously pulling backwards, release rear section (parking brake released). After loading/unloading, move rear section into position and hook up to mark. Then raise rear section to driving height and connect hydraulic hoses. Confirm bolt locking (visual inspection if bolt snaps in) and check rear function.

Air suspension with lift & lower valve.

Wheels and Tires
235/75 R 17.5, from leading manufacturers, steel rims in twin arrangement, factory silver.

Braking System
2-line compressed air brake system, spring-loaded parking brake, 2 fool-proof coupling heads at front with connection lines to tractor, EBS, electronic brake system with EBS plug at front with connection cable.
Attention: The trailer may only be towed by vehicles that ensure the effectiveness of the ABS!

24 volt, multi-chamber lights, yellow LED side marker lights, 2 white position lights front, 2 white/red lane control lights rear, revolving beacon with bracket, powered via parking light (removable), 2 pairs of warning boards double LED illuminated and extendable up to 3,300 mm, removable with plug, 2 x 7-pin fool-proof plugs at front with connecting cable, 1 x 7-pin agricultural plug, voltage converter 12/24 volt (for electrics only, not for ABS/EBS)

Floor
Steel/aluminum checker plate floor on cranked section, between longitudinal and cross beams with perforated cover plates. Axle cover not drive-over, widening to 3,000 or 3,300 mm possible.

Operating Instructions
Note! For 10,000 kg axle load, a special permit is required. Permit must be applied for separately in each federal state; the legislator is not obliged to grant approval for 20 t GVW. Customer’s risk.
Special permit required if total train length exceeds 18,750 mm. Observe country-specific registration regulations.
The stated gross weight is technically possible; depending on the cargo, the gross weight may not be achievable in compliance with permissible axle, support, and fifth wheel loads. Observe BO-circle!!!
