Fine-grained steel welded construction, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2-inch kingpin. Reinforced pickup point for gallows-mount, equipped with sturdy wear plates all around; channel profile from flat steel beneath the outer frame.

Outer frame slightly tapered with load-lock profile for securing lashing straps. Note: To attach straps in combination with sidewalls, the sidewalls must be open!

24-ton two-speed landing gear, one-sided operation, with straight lower section, without compensating slide. Wheel chocks with holders, aluminum side underrun protection, set inwards as far as technically possible; steel rear underrun protection for maximum ground clearance; quarter-shell fenders in front of and behind each axle; hook-in rail for aluminum ramps at the rear; plastic toolbox with shelf insert (width=620 mm/height=360 mm/depth=440 mm), lockable with padlock (padlock not included).

SAF drum brake axles, with axle stops; wheelbase 1,600 mm; air suspension with raise/lower valve.

205/65 R17.5, twin steel rims, factory silver finish.

2-line compressed air brake system, spring-loaded parking brake, two non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front, without connecting line; EBS (Electronic Braking System) with EBS socket at the front, no connection cable. Warning: The trailer must only be towed by towing vehicles that support proper ABS function!

24 volt, multi-chamber lights, integrated yellow side LED lighting in outer frame profile, set approx. 25 mm inwards, 10 per side. 2 white position lights at the front, protected; 2 white/red marker lights at the rear; additional LED work light at the rear, connected to reversing light. Two 7-pin and one 15-pin non-interchangeable sockets at the front, no connecting cables.

Phenolic plywood flooring approx. 30 mm thick for high point load capacity, suitable for forklift axle loads up to max. 5,600 kg. Special flooring installation: testing of new profiles, no screws. In wheel arch area: steel/chequer plate overlay. Front bulkhead/corner posts made from 25 mm aluminum hollow profile, approx. 800 mm high; steel corner posts, heavy-duty version, with windows on both sides.
