Fine-grain steel welded construction in lightweight design, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin, coil well approx. 8,040 mm long, 6 coil supports (coil pockets internal dimensions 82 x 52 mm), coil well cover with screen-printed boards and steel crossbeams, 2 split strip covers for the coil well, each approx. 293 mm wide, unladen weight approx. 13 kg per cover, outer frame slightly sloped with "Load-Lock profile" for lashing strap attachment.

Note: To attach lashing straps in combination with drop sides, the sides must be opened!
9 pairs of lashing rings, each rated to 5 t, embedded within the coil well area, 24 t two-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with straight lower part, without cross-brace, note: clear landing gear foot dimension / free rear swivel radius approx. 1930 mm to the rear without supports, pull-out ladder at the rear, door retainers at sides, 2 wheel chocks with holders, aluminium side underrun guard, cross and longitudinal mounting brackets for support of aluminium slats, aluminium rear underrun protection, half-shell mudguards with anti-spray flaps (EC compliant), rear impact protection, 1 plastic toolbox, 2 pairs of stake pockets recessed into the outer frame (approx. 72 x 42 mm internal dimension) at positions 1 and 2 according to Fliegl stake data sheet old version, as with AU 19219,
2 stake pockets centrally recessed into the floor, approx. 72 x 42 mm internal dimension at positions 1 and 2 according to Fliegl stake data sheet old version, as with AU 192198.

Note: Stake pockets/insertable stakes are not designed for exclusive load securing of long materials, pipes, etc., without lashing.
