Chassis for Semi-Tipper
Fine-grain steel welded structure, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" king pin.
Patented curved front bulkhead.
24-ton 2-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with semi-circular base and straight mounting plate, with load equalization.
Uncoupling under load is not possible; when uncoupled, the vehicle must be positioned sloping to the rear.
Clear rear swing radius approx. 2100 mm in rear position and approx. 2600 mm in forward position.

1st axle: automatic lift axle, also electrically controllable from the truck, including forced lowering and start-up assistance, no truck installation required.

Hydraulics
Low-pressure cylinder max. 170 bar, smallest stage hard chromed, with HDK threaded coupling, fixed part, nominal width 48 mm (without hose connection).
Operation hydraulic via truck PTO.
Hydraulic connection with hose and HDK screw coupling NW = 48 mm with knurled nut.

Body
Steel round body in "Stone Master Design" made from highly wear-resistant HB 400/450 steel. Slanted front wall with external hydraulic cylinder mount.
Internal access at the front wall.
Greenline – conical and aerodynamic body shape.
Shovel and broom holders externally on the front wall.
Membrane rear wall.
Rear wall as hydraulically operated tailgate with wide upward opening, approx. 2,200 mm passage height.
Protective cover for tailgate.
Rear wall with rubber seal – Note: No guarantee for the seal!
Note: Heat resistant up to max. 170°C!
Side walls continuous at 4 mm thick, floor 4/5 mm thick, wear- and weight-optimized construction.
Fliegl S.T.E.P. – swiveling standing platform at the front with collapsible access ladder for side entry front left, only in conjunction with “Flip Top sliding cover.”

"Flip Top sliding cover," automatic rear closure as folding bow. Cover folds forward. Electric drive for the cover, with 7-pin socket (charging connector) at front, without connection cable (pinout Pin 1: + / Pin 3: –), including tractor unit socket (loose, no truck installation), operation on the trailer and by radio remote control.
Spiral cable 7-pin to the truck for the sliding cover. The truck must have a suitable socket (pinout Pin 1: + / Pin 3: –).
