Fine-grain steel welded construction, saddle plate with replaceable 2" kingpin, additional splash guard made from sheet metal riveted to the underside floor, in the gooseneck area above the rear axle of the tractor unit as well as above the wheels on the vehicle. Reinforced frame version for vehicle loads up to the outer frame. Outer frame equipped with "Load-Lock profile" approx. every 400 mm for lashing strap attachment, 10 pairs of lashing mushrooms recessed into the outer frame, each rated at 10 tons, 24 ton 2-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with semi-rounded lower section and straight connection plate, featuring load compensation, foldable rear support, wheel chocks with holder, aluminum side underrun protection, steel underrun protection, quarter-fender mudguards in front of and behind each axle, with additional sheet splash guards over the wheels, fitted with anti-spray mud flaps according to EC standards, 1 plastic toolbox (600 x 425 x 460 mm), lockable. Container locks: 4 pairs of locking recesses embedded in the floor for 2 x 20-foot or 1 x 40-foot container, 4 pairs of container locking adapters (additional cross supports at the front and rear of the container required; the container must be evenly supported across the width; cross supports not included). Ramp attachment bar at rear extension across full width, mechanical rear extension with hand crank extendable by approx. 1,500 mm, lockable every 500 mm, includes extendable underrun protection with lighting. Lane area fitted with Lohr perforated sheet, central area with steel checker plate, storage space for drive-on ramps integrated in rear extension—usable only when rear extension is extended by approximately 1000 mm. For ramp transport with retracted rear extension, ramp storage is located on the right in front of the axles. One pair of ramps, 3,000 mm long, 300 mm wide, load capacity per pair 6,000 kg. Electric cable winch, 24 volts, pulling force approx. 8,165 kg, centrally mounted at the very front, operated by remote control, cable length 35 m x approx. 10 mm, with roller cable window and removable guide rollers.

Axles & Suspension: SAF or BPW drum-braked axles as selected by the manufacturer, air suspension, first axle with automatic lift axle, additionally electrically operable from the truck, including forced lowering and drive assist.

Brake system: 2-line compressed air brake system, color-coded line routing for easy service, spring-loaded parking brake, 2 fail-safe coupling heads at the front, EBS (electronic braking system) with EBS socket at the front (no connection cable provided), with raise & lower valve and fast venting, hold function in lowered position + auto-reset function, vehicle stability system, axle load detection via EBS CAN bus signal.

Wheels & Tires: 235 / 75 R 17.5" — brand per manufacturer's choice, twin-mounted steel rims.

Electrics: 24 volts, LED multi-chamber lights, side yellow LED lighting, license plate lighting in LED, 2 white position lights at the front in LED, 2 white/red lane marker lights at the rear in LED, 2 x 7-pin and 1 x 15-pin fail-safe sockets at the front, 2 additional LED work lights at the rear, 1 rotating beacon with holder, operated via parking light, 2 pairs of double LED-illuminated warning panels extendable to 3,000 mm, 1 additional 7-pin socket (ISO 1724) in the rear underrun protection, 2 side LED work lights (1 each on front left and right).
