Used composite press, previously operated in Belgium.
In July 2015, the press underwent a complete overhaul; while the original year of manufacture is 1990, the modernization was extensive. The press has seen very little use and was operated in a research institute.
Due to a power cut, I was unable to check the mileage, but the machine looks like new, with no signs of wear on any working components.
The press is currently located in Poland, 63-300 Pleszew, Poland.
Press force: 700T.
Upper platen dimensions: 180x240 cm.
Platen stroke approx. 150 cm.

The press was used in the development of the famous carbon space frame for the AUDI R8 and was operated in a research and development institute near Brussels. It was also occasionally used for commercial production. The press is in virtually new condition. Full modernization and technical documentation are available.

I personally carried out the disassembly of the machine. Assembly at the customer's site is included in the sale price free of charge; I will restore the press to its original working condition before dismantling. The buyer is responsible for providing a large forklift (approx. 44T), compressed air, and accommodation for 3 people for 14 days. I supply and cover the cost of a team for on-site assembly anywhere in Europe.

It is highly likely that the machine will need to be configured for the new owner’s operations. This service can, for an additional fee, be carried out by the Dutch company that performed the comprehensive modernization in 2015. The cost will depend on the buyer's requirements.
