Sturdy support structure made of steel, painted in RAL 2000, with low dead weight.

- 1x Galvanized longitudinal beam, length 2,400 mm
- 4x Galvanized cross beams, each 1,000 mm long
- 8x Spring-loaded, articulated and adjustable suction pad holders
- 8x Suction pads Ø 280 mm; in case of wear, the seal can be replaced separately from its metal carrier, cost-effectively and without tools
- 8x Ball valves to deactivate individual suction pads, allowing smaller formats to be lifted without moving the pads or traverses
- 1x Spiral connection cable, small spiral:
* With extension length of 3,500 mm, supplied as extension cable with CEE plug and coupling
* Routed alongside the load chain to the lifting device

- Low-maintenance, high-quality oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump with a suction capacity of 21 m³/h and an ultimate vacuum of 98% (20 mbar)
- Electrical connection:
3-phase 230/400 V + PE, 50 Hz, with cable (approx. 0.5 m long) and CEE plug (16 A). Isolation transformer integrated into the control system (necessary if the vacuum lifter is connected via the crane trolley and there is no neutral conductor)
- Operator handle extendable up to 1,000 mm from center of beam

The wear-free and very robust hand sliding valve ensures safe suction and release after operating the release button (double release as per EN 13155)
