Ensures precise and uniform application with any type of adhesive and outstanding technical characteristics. Its high practical utility, functionality, and operator safety place it among the top two-roller gluing machines.
The application roller is coated with acid-resistant rubber, ground and grooved, designed for heavy-duty use. Featuring a rationally constructed rubber layer, it allows for 6-7 regrindings. The rollers are easy and fast to disassemble.
Distribution is accurate and uniform on one or both sides of the panels.
Special shock absorbers on the roller supports enable automatic roller opening, allowing the processing of panels with different thicknesses within a 5 mm range. They also compensate for any panel parallelism deviations.
Even adhesive dosing is ensured by a rectified distribution tank made of sheet metal, allowing for very quick removal for cleaning.
The drip tray for glue and wash water is made of galvanized sheet steel and can be pulled out for easy cleaning.
Protective covers made of sheet metal are installed on the rollers and adhesive distribution tank. The protective cover prevents any object thicker than 5 mm over the preset clearance from being inserted between the rollers, ensuring maximum operator safety.

The electrical installation is housed in a waterproof enclosure, equipped with fuses and thermal protection for the motor and transformer.
