The PUR 2 kg light eSmart bag melter is suitable for edge banding machines with lower glue consumption.
Tank size for all standard PUR bag packages in sizes from 2–3 kg.
Modular system. All components can be replaced individually. Simply remove the sheet metal housing and you will quickly have access to all relevant components.
Melting capacity up to 2 kg/h (depending on adhesive and viscosity).

The solid PUR adhesive is placed into the tank wrapped in aluminium foil. There, the adhesive is gently and as needed melted down.
A glue reservoir is located beneath the tank. It stores a maximum of 0.7 kg of liquid glue.
From there, the adhesive is conveyed by a gear pump via an FE-MA-TECH® heated hose through an applicator head (heated valve) into the application units (IMA, Homag, etc.).
The system is completely airtight. This allows the adhesive, when used properly, to remain in the system for several months.
