TPMS:
TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system in compliance with ECE R 141. Data transmission to the tractor unit occurs via the standardized EBS interface according to ISO 11992. For correct display, the tractor unit must be capable of transferring and displaying this data.
Axles:
BPW axles, two rigid, two self-steering, air-suspended, drum brakes, with lift/lower function. The self-steering axles have an electromagnetic reverse lockout, activated via reverse gear or manually. Axle tool included.
Brake System:
WABCO braking system in accordance with EU regulations, with EBS-E (4S3M), without connecting lines to the tractor.
Electrical System:
Electrical system per EU regulations, LED lighting, 24V ASPÖCK-NORDIK (ASS3). All LED side marker lights flash with the indicator. ASPÖCK-UNIBOX on the front connection rail with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets. Connections per ISO:

Steel Construction:
High-strength fine-grained steel construction.
Steel grades:
S355J2+N/S355MC (yield strength 355 MPa)
S690QL/S700MC (yield strength 690 MPa)
Paintwork:
Entire steel construction automatically shot-blasted after welding. Additional blasting with corundum for optimal coating adhesion. HRM-metallisation of entire chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminium) for optimal corrosion protection. Final coating with 2 layers of 2K top coat, single-colour to customer choice according to RAL 841GL. Rear section metallised and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white). Metallic paints not possible. Paint finish tested with salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS. Cavities sealed with special wax.
