We are pleased to present a unique offer for a CNC lathe. The featured machine is the FAT TUR 630MN x 2000, manufactured in 2001, which underwent a complete overhaul in 2024. The lathe is equipped with a new SIEMENS 828D control system. Its user-friendly programming environment, together with process simulation capabilities and integrated documentation, allows for significantly reduced setup times when introducing new parts into production. As a result, we are offering a machine tool with all the attributes of a modern CNC machine at an attractive price.

At the same time, we provide comprehensive customer support, including machine commissioning and integration, warranty and post-warranty service, operator and programming training, as well as assistance in technology implementation and parts production.

Main features of the TUR MN lathe:
• European standard – the lathe is built from top-quality components.
• Rigid and wide machine bed – provides high rigidity, resulting in excellent surface finish quality.
• Hardened and ground components – the bed and gearwheels are hardened and ground for increased durability.

Machine operating modes:
• Manual mode (JOG) – mainly used for setting up the machine, tool measurement, workpiece preparation, process planning, and simple turning operations.
• Semi-automatic mode (MDI) – enables command sequence execution via G-code in a command line format.
• Automatic mode (Auto) – fully automated operation based on a generated G-code program, utilizing machining cycles and/or contour drawings with defined part and process parameters.
